These are all OXP ships - there are no carriers to be found in the Vanilla game.
It may be possible to refuel, trade or even buy equipment for your ship on board these. Note that some of the Liners can also allow docking.
Docking with them will be made much easier if one uses ILS.
Not to be confused with the Carriers OXP which adds an external ship-carrier to your ship for carrying other ships. Or with the various drones/fighters which can be carried inside your ship (Armoury OXP & Fighters).
