Gives some ECM resistance to standard missiles and prevents point-blank missiles from NPC.
Overview
Modification of the behaviour of missiles:
- are no longer armed immediately after launch (no more 'missile in your face')
- standard missiles gain slight ECM-proofing
- hardened missiles are slightly less ECM-proof
- ECM may result in erractic behaviour for a short time for both types.
