Applies silicone sealant to a fuel leak to stop the leak for a limited amount of time.

Overview
An specially modified adhesive material that, when applied to fuel leaks, will temporarily stop the leak. Must be primed and activated in order to be used. Each purchase comes with 5 applications.
This OXP is especially important for players with Hard Way installed, as Fuel Leaks then become fatal.
The availability changes depending on whether or not Hard Way is installed.
