Matt 634 (joined the community in 2006) created the first versions of the Galactic Navy OXP (the ships, the stations, the missions, the Navy Carrier Groups, and the ability to join the reserves) - and also wrote lengthy sections on this wiki embedding his work into the lore.
His work was then taken over and developed further by Nemoricus who created the version of the OXP used today. This was the time of concern over licensing and Matt634 gave permission to Nemoricus to improve the OXP before being swallowed up by Real Life in 2009. Attempts to contact him to get a license for his OXP failed dismally!
