Overview

The Rockhopper is the first ship designed by Tiared Aerodynamics Unit.

Most trading vessels have a huge cargo capacity, thus sacrificing speed and maneuverability, which comes very handy in a space battle. The Rockhopper tries to balance this: Having only 80 TC capacity, there is a significant amount of space to install better engines, thrusters and generators in the ship, resulting in a higher top speed and better energy recharge rate.

Availability

Available to players from Tech Level 7 systems and above.

It is a regular trading and mining vessel, but occasionally pirates choose it as their freighter too.

Requirements

The pack is in OXZ format, so it is incompatible with versions below v1.79. It also makes use of features introduced in v1.83, so while it is compatible with earlier versions, it is recommended to use it with v1.83 or later.
