Cag's immersive Station Options

Cag took over the horrendously complex Telescope OXP first devised by Norby, updating it, fixing various issues, adding an auxiliary MFD, screen notifications, etc.

He also developed an ingenious interface for Telescope's myriad options (Station Options) which is immersive! There are currently over 100 options for Telescope! And this code could also be used for structuring relations with NPC's.
