Overview
A military upgrade to the ship's fuel injection system - an enhancement that reclaims unburnt fuel during flight.
Details
- Tech Level - 12.
- Cost - 400₢
- Required Vanilla game Equipment - Witchspace Fuel Injectors.
Requirements
This OXP requires at least test version 1.75 of Oolite.
Note
- Cim updated the vanilla game code for v.1.82 to allow smoother fuel consumption without a visible increase in fuel reserves, but this was never incorporated into the OXP code (see the Military Injectors 2015 thread below). Currently one sees a visible top-up of one's fuel tank every now and again. It should also allow bug-free introduction of a speed increase as well (see BB thread for issues with the original speed increase).
