Overview

Also known as 'The Zerstoerer' and 'Prinz Klasse Zerstoerer' (English: Destroyer)

Sadly, the Zerstoerer can be a lumbering ungainly ship, unless flown by a pilot with lightening-speed reactions. While less suited for jousting, the Zerstoerer can be deadly in a full-fledged assault.

Lore

The Zerstoerer was originally designed to protect the feudal naval strategists, those lucky individuals blessed with the strategic “coup d’oeil”, keeping them safe so that they could direct their navies against their enemies - whether Thargoids, pirates, bolsheviks or bourgeois money-grubbing corporatists. Sadly, many are now in the hands of the cravenly wealthy who have the connections to get their hands on one of these flagships.

These are built by Chivalric Spaceworks which has dockyards spread throughout the Feudal states

The Zerstoerer is flown by the princely class and is the one of the various feudal ships. Based on the Tetrahedron, the four-aspected nature of the ship reflects the four crucial values of chivalry: Piety, Nobility (includes loyalty & courtesy), Valour and Honour (includes Fair Play).

With the onslaught of the Thargoids, the resulting enfeeblement of GalCop and the concommitant rise of piracy, the Feudal Worlds were no longer able to source starships from the relevant corporations (especially with the inevitable political interference), and the growing need for "worthy steeds" for the knightly classes led to Lord Ramirez (rumoured to hail from Geinona) designing these Feudal Fliers, and eventually establishing Chivalric Spaceworks.
