Market Screen Legal Column

Changes the "Legal" column on the Market Screen to be more understandable.

Overview

By default, goods that are illegal to export (but legal to import) were marked with "Im", and goods illegal to import (but legal to export) were marked with "Ex". In the case where both were illegal to import and export, it would say "Re".

Essentially, the column is telling you the thing you can do legally with that commodity.

This seems backwards (at least to me!). When I look at that column, I want to know what I shouldn't do, what is, what am I going to get in trouble for doing.

So that's what this OXP does. Now, the "Legal" column has been renamed to "Ban" (ie something is Banned). When something is illegal to import, it will say "Imp". When something is illegal to export, it will say "Exp". And when it's both, it will say "Bth".
