Overview
This Cobra Mark III variant has only cosmetic alterations based on the signature vessel in the popular piece of modern-day fiction, 'The Dark Wheel'. Nonetheless, it is popular with spacers, regardless of their reading this novella or not, since Ramon Security Ltd added many elements which were designed to explode harmlessly if destroyed to momentarily confuse the sensors of attacking ships.
This version was very popular for its looks (modelled after the cobra shown on the original Elite boxed set. By Ramon c.2006. The original BB thread was presumably lost in the Great Deletion.
Subentities
This was one of the early ships with subentities - one could shoot the undercarriage doors off and see *joy* WHEELS - or shoot out the cockpit 'glass' and see the pilot.
