However, I was reading Killer Wolf's post on copyright. While he refuses to add a license to his work it seems that he has no problem if it's used by others as long as you mention him in the credits, which, for my believing, would be a minimum to do. Therefore, I don't see a problem to add his OXP's to the manager as a "remake" with a valid license included.

I agree with you. Sadly, I don't see him coming back to check. He really was treated shoddily, in my opinion. And by a number of people, some of whom seem to have a really vicious streak.
