Kane Scott was the manager of the Advanced Weapons Research and Design department at Argent Aerodynamics Amalgamated INC during the time of the Second HPA Saga. He oversaw all the research heads, including Vasquith de Havilland. when de Havilland came back after leaving AAAI, Kane Scott lent the latest prototype of the Nano Plasma Accelerator to him, although it was against his better judgement.
As the Saker with the experimental weapon made headlines after de Havilland's involvement with Norman Mosser, Kane was fired as a scapegoat.
