Oosat 2
Set up by Winston here, on alioth.net
It had not only the downloads, but also space for a screenshot and also for comments.
When Oosat2 crashed some years ago (2006 & 2010), the old OXPs on it were lost. All we have now is an archived first page with dead download links (see Link, below).
LittleBear managed to save almost all of the OXPs - but not their ReadMes (which led to some licensing issues in later years).
