Overview
The United Stars of the Galaxy (USG) are a federation of 106 states in MultiGov systems all over the Eight. However, for some years now they are under the control of a crime syndicate under the leadership of a mad despot. When after his first term he didn't get reelected he announced the elections as rigged and, thanks to his followers and some powerful allies, declared himself as president for a lifetime.
