Military Anti-Scanner Countermeasures (MASC'M)
This piece of equipment prevents detection by a ship using scanners and being targeted by missiles.
It was made available by Lestradae's Realistic Shipyards OXP c. 2009 (long since broken with changes to Oolite). His OSE/OE/the Oolite Extended Project changed the name of this equipment to Jammer.
