External Views OXP

This OXP is currently broken, i.e. it does not work with the current release of Oolite. Reason: From Oolite 1.70 onwards improved outside views have been added to the game itself, so you don't need this OXP anymore. Just throw it away..

Adds better outside views to all the Classic Elite Ships

This oxp was written by Commander McLane in 2007, was used by a number of the early oxp's and incorporated into the Vanilla game code at the end of the same year!

Note that the use of the v button for external views was introduced by the oxp, and then adopted by the vanilla game code!
