Overview
The Fer-de-Lance NG, later also known as NG-1, is an improved Fer-de-Lance and was produced under license by a now forgotten shipyard on Xeatxe, sector 2. The design was optimized for only one goal, incredible speed. With only basic shields and 2 laser mounts the best option for the pilot in case of an attack was to run. While also used by traders the majority of the ships was flown by bounty hunters and criminals. After the bombardment of the shipyard during the civil war Biarge United Shipyards purchased the license and started with the layout of the Fer-de-Lance NG-2. In the meanwhile Zorgon Petterson Group proudly announced the 3G series of Fer-de-Lance ships, making the introduction of another NG series to the open market kind of challenge.

Remarks
Several custom paint jobs are included, all available to the player. This OXP was developed for Oolite V 1.76, since no license is available we are not able to improve it for later versions.
