Overview
3130 MGMT - GalCop begins a programme of retrofitting out-of-date communications equipment on older vessels. At the same time, satellite and comms buoys are upgraded.

Not every system in the Galactic Cooperation can effort the costs to maintain the technical more advanced
navigational systems. From time to time they have to fall back to older buoys to reduce their costs.
The OXP ships a witchpoint beacon for these systems as part of the Murghs_Stations bundle.
