Ionics OXP

The Ionics OXP aims to enhance the northeast corner of Galaxy 2 with a number of interlocking missions revolving around a rich storyline. The OXP also contains 3 new ships available to the player:

Roadmap

Version 1.2

  1. Fix 'congrats' message coming from Funnelweb
  2. Make a custom primary station to get rid of cops
  3. Set Link Base commodities
  4. 'When the war is over' scripting
  5. Change planets government & productivity after war with 'setPlanetinfo:(NSString *)key_valueString'
  • Move the Link base and the battle away from the primary station
  • Make the Whitetail bigger (doubled the size)

Version 1.3

  1. Add pictures to mission screens
  2. Add Link HQ at Bebege
  3. Make some sort of weapons platform for use in the battle (fire plasma, missiles, etc.)
  4. Make new ships launch from stations instead of spawning in space
  5. Restrict amount of pirates, cops, etc. in Ramaza during war (not possible yet)
  6. Improve Funnelweb (ballturrets, docking bay, etc.)
  7. Improve the Link Base (cladding, turrets, lights, etc.)
