Ryan's Villa OXP by Ryan Hoots based on CaptKev's Dodec OXP is Ryan's hide-out and base. It is a Dodec painted red and is open to visitors. It has no navigation buoy nearby, so docking can be tricky without automated docking computers.
I would like to encourage you to modify this OXP to your needs, to make your own Villa. I will soon make a guide showing you how to do this.
Location
Ryan's Villa is orbiting Cesousla in Galaxy 5. It is easy to find, due to the red paint. Also, you can use your advanced space compass to find it (Ryan's Villa is "V" on the compass).

Note: This OXP may cause problems with the Krait on the latest version of Smivs' Shipset. The fix will be implemented in my Koneko Industries OXP.
