Overview

Save In Flight allow the player to save the game in mid-flight, i.e. while not docked at a station.

This is done through a new piece of equipment, Save in Flight, available at Ship Outfitting at Tech Level 1 and above for 0.1 credits.

To save while not docked, the player must move away from other entities until the scanner is empty (it wouldn't do to let any Ooniverse habitant see those extra-dimensional entities coming and going!), bring the ship to a stop, and then prime and activate the Save In Flight equipment.

The player ship will then be "teleported" to the Station at the End of the Universe, where the game can be saved (or reloaded).

To come back from the Station at the End of the Universe, the player should just launch and the player's ship will be moved to the last place where the Save In Flight equipment was activated.
