Adds better outside views to all the Classic Elite Ships
This oxp was written by Commander McLane in 2007, was used by a number of the early oxp's and incorporated into the Vanilla game code at the end of the same year!
Note that the use of the v button for external views was introduced by the oxp, and then adopted by the vanilla game code!
