Cougar ST OXP v1.5:
1) Corrected several shipdata errors related to like_ship attribute.
2) Cougar ST custom role made a little stronger. The fearless bugger was getting wiped out too easily by big pirate bands.
3) 20% chance of being spawned along WP - Planet route but only in anarchy and feudal systems.
4) Alternate Cougar ship uses weighted Oolite 1.80 roles re-defined. Not as tough as ST custom role.
