The Sidewinder NG is a scaled-down version of the Sidewinder Scout with a modern and compact (but slow to engage) Witchdrive making it the smaller ship capable of hyperspace jump. Its great maneuverability and relative low cost make it a good choice for carriers or unwealthy systems police's fighters. The Sidewinder NG is built by Spalder and Starblaze Inc for Faulcon de Lacy in Onrira Orbital Shipyards.

This OXP was written using rewritten parts of code from Illicit Unlock OXP and Jane's Galactic Shipset.
The ship size is based on the Elite Dangerous version of the Sidewinder.
