This template is meant to be used on articles about OXPs that need another OXP to work.
The category name is build by using Required OXP + parameter, like this {{Required OXP|...}}.
The template places the calling page into that category, if it exists.
Presently the only categories in use are

{{Required OXP|Cabal Common Library}} - Required OXP-Snoopers added by
{{Required OXP|Snoopers}}
