Angus Duggan is the creator of Elite-A in 1997.
Duggan's contributions to the evolution of Elite include the information system "Encyclopedia Galactica", a logic system for displaying ship blueprints, buyable ships, random dynamic delivery missions, and new ships such as the Bushmaster, Chameleon, Ghavial, Iguana, Monitor, and Ophidian.
