Overview
Better Buoys v1.3 re-textures the (somewhat dull) default buoys for Oolite v1.80 and onwards.
There are separate designs for the Navigation and Witchpoint buoys. Both have flashers, yellow for the Navigation Buoy and red for the Witchpoint buoy.
This OXP hails from the stable of Smivs.
