Winner Arries-Diquer rally (a Mad Hatter competition). First played Elite on original BBC tape version. Was the first to become Elite on ArcElite (on Usenet anyway). Subsequently did marathon session to become ArcElite in 24 hours (Fugitive most of the way). Collected a great deal of information and lore on ArcElite but never made it public (must rectify this and perhaps this wiki is the opportunity). Elite has always been my game. It has an almost spiritual connection for me. Now playing Oolite on an Apple PowerBook. Will return to tidy this up when I find time to read the Wiki instructions.
