Two stories about a privateer named Tom Sutherland that I'd like to contribute to this site.
- Upgrade - Tom Sutherland has to make a sacrifice to end his career as an interstellar pirate. A robot he meets along the way has a change of heart of its own (pdf, 13.119 words).
- Empire - Tom Sutherland takes a bet and has a humbling learning experience along the way, only to forget about it and to become very rich, as well as to be instrumental in the end of Anquphi's Bradley dynasty (pdf, 24.852 words).
