D.T.T. Ship Builders Inc.
"Thinking Outside The Triangle"
D.T.T. Ship Builders Inc. came about when the D.T.T (Death To Triangles) Design Firm and Paradox Ship Builders Inc, who had previously partnered in creating a number of outstanding ships, decided to combine forces in a formal merger. The new company continues to go from strength to strength, and despite being a recent entry to the market, have already built up a loyal following of customers.
Company Philosophy
As might be expected from the company name, D.T.T.'s designers have a considerable dislike for the old, angular style of ships of centuries past, and feel that it is foolish not to take full advantage of modern materials and construction methods, which make smooth flowing lines and curves quite practical to implement. Despite this, D.T.T. are not primarily focusing their attentions on the luxury ship market, as some other companies with similar design philosophies tend to do, but are firmly committed to creating practical workhorse craft intended to appeal to a wide variety of potential customers.
D.T.T. have also undertaken a number of commissions for the design and manufacture of custom ships, for clients who desire something truly unique. Pending permission of the owners, images of these custom designs may appear in a later version of this catalogue.

Heavy Metal Freight Hauler
(Heavy Metal Model 'D' illustrated)
This ship was the very first product of the collaboration between D.T.T Design and Paradox Ship Builders. Although it does not demonstrate the flowing lines of later designs, early versions of design elements now common to D.T.T. ships can still be spotted in this no-nonsense workaday ship.

D.T.T Cyclops
The Cyclops represents D.T.T.'s entry into the bulk-freight carrier market. The Anaconda's biggest weaknesses have always been its' slow speed and sheer bulk. D.T.T. designers found that externally mounted engine-pods permitted more powerful engines to be fitted, made for a more rectangular aspect, better suited to the shape of a docking bay, whilst still maintaining the massive cargo capacity that has made the Anaconda a firm favourite for centuries. It is expected that the higher top speed and improved ease of docking will make the Cyclops a serious contender in the highly competitive bulk-freight industry.
