Overview

Introducing the new pylon mounted weapon from Xeceesian Shipyards Weapons Division. I is short for “Interceptor” or “Injector”. It has been specifically designed to accommodate more fuel and a larger, more powerful rocket engine. The result is a missile that when launched will intercept any of the standard ships running away using witchspace fuel injectors. It is highly resistant to ECM and in fact will reflect such counter measures back onto the target which enhances the missiles guidance system. It can be purchased at any tech level 6 system for 100 credits.

Warning

The I Missile is so fast it will occasionally slam into your ship when launched at a target behind you. To negate this effect pitch your ship down slightly before firing. This only applies to targets in your aft view. By pitching down first the missile will loop backwards in a negative Y direction relative to your ship.
