Ininbi escaped this fate when its leaders rushed to declare their subservient neutrality, and during Shasta's thirty year long reign of smelly cruelty, they never once complained. As a strategic stronghold was established, GalCop saw no economic upside to moving in and decided to ignore this peripheral nuisance, checked off as lost to barbarism.
