All names are persistent both for individual players and all players of the game. If, for example, you have the SIRIF Station Expansion installed then for you and all players of the game with the OXZ installed, there will be a SIRIF Station named Status Que present in the Lave System. The Galactic Almanac OXZ does not however add any stations or planets to the game.
