Average prices are based on long-term established averages (the so-called arithmetic mean). The average quantity is based only on quantity values greater zero. Availability gives a percentage whether a good is available in this system. Please note that these are statistical data. GalCop regulations expressively forbids the broadcasting of actual prices beyond the current system.

Famous Planets

Onrira

The planet Onrira is famous for its Torus station. When the first Torus station was unveiled in orbit around Onrira in 3129, it was an event full of political promise. Both GASEC and GalCop had relied heavily on the services of Obnoxicorp in both the political lobbying and execution of the project. At the time Onrira was an unstable multi-government system, but the Torus station helped unify the planet's inhabitants. It was a technologial marvel at the time and Onrira became the first tech 14 planet in galaxy 1. (Famous Planets OXP)

Fiction

Status Quo

The novella Status Quo by Drew Wagar mentions Onrira as the birthplace of James Feynman and as the location of a top secret Faulcon de Lacy research laboratory.

James Feynman was from the planet Onrira, thirty-something, tall, thin and dark–haired, with a hint of premature grey around the temples.

[...]

Of course, the engine design was beyond secret: this newly-built Faulcon de Lacy lab at Onrira dealt in technology way beyond state of the art: there was stuff here that wouldn’t be mainstream until long after he was dead.

The Traders Almanach

If every Credit counts, try this: Best would be to buy computers or excavators and haul them to Erlaza. They give you about 49 to 58%, at least in Erlaza. Besides, the computers can also be sold well enough in Larais. What's more, in the Onrira system, you can see the first torus station ever built and the Faulcon de Lacy laboratories. In this high-tech system you can purchase almost everything you need to improve and harden your ship.
