Frontier: First Encounters Videos

Frontier First Encounters marked the first inclusion of Full Motion Video (FMV) in an Elite game. It was only available in the CD version of FFE, as the videos took up some 500MB of storage space. General opinion is that this was a wasted 500MB, as the videos vary between excruciating and hilarious. Wooden acting, poor editing and toe-curling dialogue is generally the order of the day.
Nevertheless, for the true Frontier fan, acquiring these videos marks the completion of the Frontier set of products and will amuse the viewer for some time.
